4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
- Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts required
- Ensure content provided does not infringe third-party IP rights
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms (Meta, Google)
- Pay all agreed fees on time per the service agreement
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content on this website is property of The Alam Digital and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or distribute without prior written permission.
5.2 Work Product
Creative work becomes the client's property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payments
- All fees as agreed in the service proposal or contract
- Payments due on dates specified in the service agreement
- Third-party ad spend is separate from our service fees
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Alam Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue or profits, or actions by third-party platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
